1. Definitions
1.1 We are “Fittedd”, company providing kitchen and built-in wardrobe design, supply, and installation services.
1.2 “Client” refers to the individual or entity entering into an agreement with Fittedd for the provision of services.
2. Services
2.1 Fittedd offers comprehensive services, including the design, supply, and installation of kitchens and built-in wardrobes.
2.2 The scope of services will be outlined in a detailed proposal and/or contract provided to the Client.
2.3 Fittedd reserves the right to subcontract certain aspects of the services to qualified third parties.
3. Quotations and Pricing
3.1 Quotations provided by Fittedd are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3.2 All prices quoted by Fittedd are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to the final invoice.
3.3 Any additional work requested by the Client that is not included in the original quotation will be subject to additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 A deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation, and the balance is due upon completion of the project.
4.2 Payment can be made by bank transfer. Details for payment will be provided on the invoice.
4.3 Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 In the event of cancellation by the Client, any costs incurred by Fittedd up to the point of cancellation will be chargeable.
5.2 Fittedd reserves the right to cancel the contract if unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control make it impossible to fulfill the agreed-upon services. In such cases, a full refund of any payments made by the Client will be provided.
6. Installation
6.1 The Client must ensure that the site is ready for installation as per the agreed schedule.
6.2 Fittedd will not be responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from inadequate site preparation.
7. Warranty
7.1 Fittedd provides 25 years warranty on kitchen cabinets, 6 years on cabinet and wardrobe doors and workmanship, subject to normal wear and tear.
7.2 The warranty is void if modifications or repairs are made by parties other than Fittedd without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Fittedd’s liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services.
8.2 Fittedd will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
